Boondocking & Dry Camping

Let's clarify these two terms. We want to do this because some folks say they boondock at Walmart. I don't know of any Walmarts that are in the boondocks. If you are parked overnight in a parking lot, a rest area or perhaps a truck stop... you are dry camping. Dry camping is essentially parking in a public area and sleeping in your RV without any hookups (water, electric or sewer). Boondocking is parking your RV in the boondocks (away from civilization) and camping there without any hookups.

Once we have some picturs of our own, we'll share them on this page. We didn't want to use anyone else's boondocking pictures as they are generally overused.
