Happy New Year! Right now we still don't have the RV but we're looking at all of our options. We're in no rush to buy the wrong thing or the right thing at the wrong price. We're trying to reduce the amount of clutter around the house somewhat... seems hardly any progress has been made - LOL.

We're checking out another brand of RV, the Palomino Gazelle. It sits up high like the Passport and has a very similar layout, but it has a much higher cargo carrying capacity (CCC). Quality seems to be about the same and so does price if you shop around. Our local RV dealer has one on his lot but he hasn't heard the economy is in the tank so he won't budge on his inflated price. Oh well, his loss. We'll just keep looking.

Is winter over yet? Dang. If I get one more mega gas bill I think I am gonna croak. Ahh, it sure would be nice to be sitting under the RV awning in sunny Arizona this time of the year! Soon enough, though. For now it's back deciding what to get rid of, what to keep, what to give to relatives, what to throw away and what to donate to charity. Hmmm, I wonder if charity would even want any of the stuff we have? Yeah, we have some stuff suitable for donation. Lots of nice clothes and such that we only wore a few times (if that).
